Jasmyn House Formally know as CHAD objectives are for the development of a community centre to provide relief, recreation, instruction and general welfare for the disabled of Torbay.

We focus on the establishment of community rooms with the necessary facilities and adaptation for the disabled, These rooms are also available for hire by the local community  

The layout of the building, the features and decoration have all been specifically designed, in consultation with the various groups using the property, to make the areas easier to use and accessible for everyone.

The rooms have been specially designed to be used in various ways. Some as large meeting rooms, that can also be made into smaller rooms, along with some rooms being independent and can be made into smaller more relaxed areas. The partitioning doors are sound proofed for the convenience of those using other rooms.
